How does this tool know if my train was late?
It uses official Historical Service Performance records, the same industry data operators use to calculate Delay Repay, covering scheduled and actual arrival times for UK train services going back to 2015.
Why do I need to pick from a list instead of just entering my train?
Multiple services can run close together on the same route, so we show every service within 90 minutes of the time you enter and let you confirm which one you actually travelled on.
My train doesn't appear in the results
Try widening your approximate departure time, or double-check you've selected the correct origin and destination stations, since some routes are served by trains that start or end further up the line.
Can I use this to claim Delay Repay?
