Common questions
How much cheaper are tickets here than buying direct?
Sellers set their own price, but it must be below what they originally paid. Most are 20–60% cheaper than face value. Last-minute listings tend to have the biggest discounts. How ticket pricing works →
How do I know the ticket is real?
Every ticket is checked by our team before it's listed. We only accept tickets that can legally be passed to another traveller under National Rail rules. If a ticket fails at the barrier and it's our fault, you get a full refund. More on buyer protection →
How does payment work?
You pay by card. We hold your payment securely until after your journey completes, then release it to the seller. Your money is protected throughout.
What if I need a refund?
Like any advance ticket, sales are final if your plans change. If the train is cancelled by the operator, standard National Rail refund rights apply. If there's a problem with the ticket itself, contact us and we'll sort it. Contact support →
Who's selling these tickets?
Regular passengers who bought in advance then couldn't travel — people whose meetings got cancelled, who got sick, or whose plans changed at the last minute. Not resellers. Got an unused ticket? Sell it here →
